Domain renewal!

I write this as it seems asking straightforward questions on email to Cybersmart, does not result in straightforward or clear answers.

Background - In Dec 2019 I noticed that there were R20 debit orders being taking from my account. I reversed the debit orders for Nov and Dec thinking it was ********** or erroneous debit orders. Once I did this, I quickly received emails from Cybersmart indicating I was wrong to reverse the debit orders, as it was for my web domain. I apologised and gave them permission to continue deducting the amounts and take the arrears (R40) off the next debit order as well. Not long after I started receiving emails threatening to suspend my service and if I didn't pay the full annual amount (R210) I would be handed over to their collections dept and possible legal action. I found this strange. I noticed they did not deduct the amount on 2 Jan as I said they should. After chatting to them I signed a new debit order form, and indicated on the email that only the arrear R60 was to be deducted. They promptly deducted R210 from my account yesterday, and when I told them on email that I would be reversing the debit order as only R60 was to be taken, I was again threatened that my service would be suspended and me handed over to their debt collection dept/company. I then went and checked and realized that my web domain service only ends on 23 March 2020. So why are they threatening to suspend the service already, and why are they deducting the annual renewal fee now when the service only ends on 23 March? I'd understand if it was after 23 March and I hadn't paid.

What gets me is that these are small amounts and I've been a customer for so many years. Now maybe there is something that I'm completely missing but I cannot be going back and forth on email without a proper explanation.

FYI - This is a domain I took for a student assignment. I don't even need this domain but I'm keeping it in case for future projects. So basically I'm already paying for something I don't even use.
