Domain cancellation major delay

I have been trying to get a domain of my client to be cancelled at Cybersmart , it's been 6 month s now and still the domain say it's taken. I dealt with Rowena Dhari , which she promised the domain account will be cancelled at the end of February dude to some waiting period they have. It's the 13th of March now , I have sent emails , no response.
