Disappointed

Whoever is reading this, please never sign-up with them. The shared hosting has poor performance when compared to other service providers (mobile load time is above 5 seconds even with inline CSS/javascript and image rendering). The login details to the cloud server was problematic and when I ask for a reset to be done, I was told it will cost R850 plus vat. Cybersmart's prices are appealing but the service is really bad. Rather pay a couple of rand more for superior service else where. Not worth it.
