Debit order ****

Something highly ******* is going on within this company. The started debiting my account with R20 each month since November 2019 and I haven't been a client with them for many years. It seems like they are trying to revive debit orders from old clients as an act of desperation. When you complain they try and get you to sign a new debit order mandate. Refuse this by all means and give them as little personal info as possible. Best to take this up with your bank and Payments Association of South Africa at ***
