The most frustrating service provider I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have been with them since October 2017 and have experienced extremely slow speeds on my line, I phone every week and they promise to resolve the issue, and call me back, no one ever calls back. so I call again the next week, and on it goes. One thing that is for sure, the full debit order will come off on the first of the month, regardless of the fact that they’re not providing the service they have sold me.
