Cybersmart wants you to pay another company to 'boost' their pathetic product

I would not recommend this company. There is a reason I have not heard about them until I was forced to use them; they are simply not a good company. Although customer service is friendly - they are unable to help.

They did my installation about 3 months ago. I have never been happy with my WIFI strength. I can sit next to my route rand have it disconnect due to poor signal.

Their only advise is to pay another company to 'boost my service'. How is this logical? A company provides you with a service so **** that you need to have another company 'boost' it (at your own cost)?
