Cybersmart use Idiots to handle enquiries

I emailed an enquiry to Cybersmart asking if Telkoms' termination of their DSL service on 1st September 2020 will impact on Cybersmarts ADSL service. I received a response from their accounts saying that they have no record of me cancelling my service! Can't these people read, digest or understand a simple question?
