Cybersmart tardy callout

I have a very expensive internet contract with Cybersmart. It failed last Monday for 8 hours and on Saturday morning was offline. They don't work on weekends!! They said today they will send a technician on Wednesday. ESKOM does better than that! I have to pay for data on my cellphone while they don;t provide any support while I spend almost R50/day for internet access. Oh, also I sent a complaint to the email, but that must be in file 13, nothing in response! I will not be signing up with them any time soon.
