Cybersmart suspends domain even though it has been paid

There is always something wrong at Cybersmart. This time they emailed me to say my domain "www.acmetutors.co.za" has been suspended due to "overdue payment" The account was paid via debit order on the 02/09/21. I complained to them and was told everything is fine. well it is not. I can't access any of my two domains. When you try to call them you have to wait for ever to get an answer. This is just not acceptable!
