CyberSmart = Super **** support

I moved from homeconnect to cybersmart on the 9/9/2021 and everything was great , great local speeds , great international speeds , 0 packet loss............this lasted for a grand total of 6 days after which my connection has gone to ****.

Packet loss ranges between 5 and 50% ! My local speeds have dropped from a stable 200/200 to 190/100 international has dropped from 175/90 to 40/40.

Their support team provide useless one liner responses and never respond back on tickets , every single other ISP I've been with would have given me a call by now to troubleshoot the issue.

I joined this ISP due to myrboadbands recent survey where they ranked number 1 in the satisfaction scores for smaller isp's. Right now it seems like they're number 1 for being Cyber****.

I doubt anyone will be reaching out to me , so I will have to cancel and serve a months notice with this **** connection.
