Cybersmart - steer clear

When I migrated my ADSL across to Fibre, it made sense for me to remain with my same ISP provider. Their package deals were slightly more expensive than the competition, but because of the service I had with them before with my ADSL was relatively ok, I would pay the extra costs, for the privilege, of hopefully better service. Let me come straight to the point. They are not what they used to be. In fact, they are shocking, to say the least. No after-sales and customer care. They do not answer emails and their staff are poorly trained to deal with issues. Every time they promise to call back, they never do. Stay away from this company and rather choose a more affordable option. Absolutely useless!!
