Cybersmart - STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

Shocking service - no connection for over 2 weeks and counting. I have called them 11 times and Vumatel 3 times and have yet to receive a single call from them. I constantly follow up and receive poor service and no feedback and empty promises. I recommend you never sign with them as it is such a painful experience!
