WORST INTERNET PROVIDER!!!

1. 1 month to set up fibre internet. 2. incredibly slow and almost NO internet connection on some days. 3. Some kind of cult, that doesn't allow you to use your own router or cables even when theirs breaks after a few months of usage. 4. call help centre is ridiculous, no sense of urgency, minimal help troubleshooting. They can't even give you a date or time for when they can help you. (Sat without internet for 1 wee****!) 5. After all that.... still get debited a lovely call out fee WITHOUT warning/quote.
