Cybersmart Poor service

Our internet has been off since Monday 12 May 2025 in Durbanville. It is Wednesday 14 May 2025 and still off. Cynersmart just keepon saying that they are working on the problem. No estimated time. We moved from Vox to Cybersmart because of poor service. We pay for a full month and internet is still off. Well you will be losing alot of customers because of this service and not giving an estimated time of repair.
