CYBERSMART PLEASE COME TO THE PARTY!

I have been referred to Cybersmart as they are the only ISP that we can make use of in our area. I have been buying data daily with no response or feedback from Cybersmart yet (Only an e-mail stating someone will be in touch with regards to installation shortly) . I have spoken to Odwa via the WhatsApp line but all that I receive is "They will get back to you shortly". This is the worse service I have ever received from a company. People rely on internet to work from home, children rely on the internet to complete school assignments too.

IMAGINE HAVING TO BUY DATA DAILY! PLEASE ASSIST AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
