Cybersmart - Pathetic ISP - For days suspended after payments is done

This is the most pathetic ISP in the country... I deal with Several ISPs as an IT professional and this is the worst... they suspended my services because their debit order system fails (not because there is not enough money in my account) not the first time happening then they suspend all your services... but the worst of all after you had to go through the process of manually paying them they still take days to activate your service again....According to their website they are the best based on a award but if I can place an award for a person dealing with them it would be the worst ISP in history.
