Cybersmart nonchalantly ignores faults

Having a problem for more than 6 months now and the support is utterly frustrating to deal with as their resolution always ends up on :

well, lets leave it for a while and see if the problem magically rectifies it self.

Then I have to find out from helpdesk that vumatel marked my ticket as resolved and that the fault is fixed. A blatant lie and I have screenshot proof of where I CLEARLY stated it is not working.

What the hell is happening at cybersmart? You guys were supposed to be THE ISP when it comes to good customer service and service delivery.

I land on a 1/10 for both. Pathetic
