Cybersmart no service

Wish I could give them a -100 star. What a struggle from day one. I phone to cancel my internet since I did not receive any customer service. 3 months later they want to hand me over for an early cancelation fee. This was the first I have ever heard of it. They did not mention this when I canceled my account. I also did not receive any invoices from them. Now they also expect me to pay R6000 lawyer fees. They have not phoned me once in the last 3 months. Pathetic
