Cybersmart morally reprehensible.

I have been with these charlatans for 23 years. Three years ago they totally tanked and their service became abysmal. I wrote them an e-mail on the 11th December 2021 cancelling. They chose to ignore this and claim they can not find the e-mail despite my having sent them a copy. Now I am told I will have to pay for the month of May even though I will not be using their service. This is tantamount to *****.

Beware of these people they have no morals and no loyalty to their customers. There are far better ISP's out there. Look for a better one, you won't have to look far.
