Cybersmart Lightspeed False advertising

Terrible false advertising. I paid R2000 connection fee for a fibre connection only to find out 2 weeks in that out connection in our estate/complex is a wireless subcontracted connection. We can’t even operate out 2 laptops at the same time for zoom meetings. Terrible service provider they not owning up to the false advertising. Please when signing up with them know please want to know what you getting yourself into
