Cybersmart is not smart but Stupid !!!

On the 5th October 2021 we advised that our banking details were changed and that we required the debit order to be re-submitted accordingly to the the new banking details as provided. On the 6th October 2021 cybersmarts employee rep**** and purported to attach the “so called debit order form” which was not attached!! We rep**** immediately and advised that no form was attached – we did so repeatedly over a protracted period !!! On 10 October 2021 among other dates we repeated our frustration – to which cybersmarts employees did not have the courtesy of a reply. One email purportedly stated that they did not under stand our email query. We warned cybersmarts that their actions would prejudice our business which in fact it did !!! the account was blocked due to their dilatory actions we no longer bothered to check any emails. Cybersmarts latest threats to suspend our account is amusing and a little too late! Cybersmarts actions have hampered the email address since the 5th October 2021, which we find their business ethics and employees to be hopeless, inoperable and a waste of our time. This is not a smart conpany and a very bad company to do business with.
