Cybersmart ignoring SARS TAX compliance requirements

As required by SARS I have to submit a tax certificate or statement for the tax year 2021 with my tax return for this year. I have now requested this information from Cybersmart's accounting office 3 times in a row. Not once have they acknowledged my emails or requests. They simply ignore you. They are non-compliant in terms of the tax legislation as they are required by law to issue me with the required documentation.

I suggest that if you are going to use a Fibre provider best DO NOT use Cybersmart as you will NOT be able to claim back the expenses as they will NOT provide you with any supporting documentation. I have lodged a formal complaint with SARS as to this effect.
