CYBERSMART HAS THE MOSTRUDE ARROGANT & DISGUSTING CALL CENTRE AGENTS TO DATE

The most disgusting pathetic & putrid service i have received equated on the same level with Telkom to date. calling these arrogant call centers is an absolute nightmare. to add insult to injury our complaints would probably fall on deaf ears in any event. these disgusting people will probably continue to work for these companies adding more stress to members of the public who pay hard earned livelihoods for their pathetic useless services..

To all members of the public DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY their call service agents are rude arrogant personnel who think that members of the public have no other options....but to use them....i am seriously considering the continuous usage of this company... perhaps there might be a better options on the horizon....

The person by the name of Pumeza Magaboti (god knows if this is the right name) refused to give her details or surname and had to be prompted several times to do so repeatedly !! disgusting
