Cybersmart gone from good to worse

I have been over 20 years with them. Never missed one payment. Now owing to this lockdown I was one day late getting to the bank. I was Immediately cut off even though I had notified them well in hand that it would be one day late. Disgusting customer service I will move elsewhere now if only on principal. What a disappointment.
