CYBERSMART DOES NOT WANT TO HELP CUSTOMERS

It took exactly a week for someone to contact me after I app**** for someone informed me they were going to install the connection. Then after the line was installed they did not contact me to inform me that openserve has handed over my application to them after numerous calls with very impolite people. Then they don’t inform me on any status of where my router is and if there are other alternatives for me to get the wifi activated sooner
