Cybersmart Bullying the Little Guy - Don't Use them

I was forced into using Cybersmart because my complex had signed an exclusive contract with them. Our relationship started with an exorbitant "installation fee" whereas most providers throw this in for free. Our relationship ended with Cybersmart forcing me to pay for the month after I left my flat because I gave a 20 day notice instead of 30 day notice. They could easily cancel my contract but wanted to enforce T&Cs to claw their R600 - is business that bad for them that they have to do this?? I highly recommend that any new prospect do not use these guys.
