Cybersmart: Blackhole of customer service

Personally, I would've given a lower rating if I could. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. To make it even more embarrassing is that CyberSmart tried to put the blame on Frogfoot and mweb.

We moved into a new house with an active Frogfoot, mweb line. I arranged with Cybersmart, that I was interested in moving to them at the start of April as a result of the previous mweb contract held by our seller expiring. Cybersmart was incredibly quick to send me debit order forms, but this is where their service ended. After not hearing anything from them for more than a week I decided to follow up via email. Here I was connected to ****ia Chetty :-(. Honestly, this was like mailing questions into the abyss as she rarely even cared to respond. I decided to then call Cybersmart, who told me that the issue was with mweb and they needed to release the line. So I called mweb who confirmed that the line was released at the end of April. I decided to check in with Cybersmart again in order to share this info with them. This time they said the issue was with Frogfoot and that they have escalated it. I waited for a few days before phoning again after not hearing anything. I spoke to a different consultant who seemed pretty clued up. After telling him the entire back-story, he said that they will escalate it and get in touch with Frogfoot. I decided to call Frogfoot myself to find out what was going on. They confirmed that they could see an active line in my name with Cybersmart. I immediately phoned Cybersmart who then said they have not heard back from Frogfoot. I mailed ****ia again and asked for whatever agreement I had with them to be terminated immediately as starting out like this was just ridiculous. Once again after no response from ****ia for a few days, I mailed again to request confirmation of termination as I had already approached another provider who has been great with their customer service. A few days later ****ia responded that my line has now been connected and if I wanted to still terminate....
