Cybersmart Billed me over R1000 for a R190 service, they say they will keep it as credit

<p>In the past two months Cybersmart has run about 9 debit orders of my account every few days of a different amount every day ranging from R98 to R680, a few times they have managed to get money and when i finally had enough was when over R1000 was billed in 3 days this January, they were so kind and said they would just keep my money and credit my account...... because naturally thats exactly what I planned to do with my R1000 this month. Seems like they are just trying their luck on accounts and trying to debit as much cash as they can from people. my original service was R190, so this month a lone i paid for 5 months worth. which i cancelled after month 1 because the service sucked.</p>
