CyberSmart bad service

This company has poor customer support. When you want upgrade of fiber line they're quick to do so. Now I want to downgrade they don't respond.

I have sent an email to cancel the subscription and it's been a week no response.

Vumatel must take notice of this, because will end up changing to Open Server if this continues.
