Conversion from adsl to fibre an expensive and frustrating experience

I have had the worst experience I've ever experienced with a private company. Changing from adsl to fibre has been a litany of poor service and incompetence. Has cost me R1999 for installation fee (plus the R1710 to Vumatel) and I resent every cent. I'm writing to the CEO to tell him how useless his company is. Not answering numerous emails; sending me a faulty router; failing to arrange to replace the faulty router; sending me someone else's IP phone.
