Complete Apathy!

I have spent an entire day attempting to get Cybersmart to deal with what should be a very simple issue - reconfiguring my smtp settings for email. Everyone I have dealt with has passed the buck and done absolutely nothing. After being on hold for 30 minutes I was told by more than one ''customer service'' person that, in fact, she did not actually know how to resolve the problem.
