Cannot believe they even have 1.4 star rating

<p>They are the absolute pits! RUN RUN RUN </p> <p>Avoid them RUN.</p> <p>This is going into week 3 of this attempt to get a fibre connection and idiot me chose to go with cybersmart. They now just ignore me. I cannot get a new provider they will not relinquish the line. I will not be paying them a cent!!!! Added to that they cannot even get my billing address correct! They are clearly a bunch of clowns. As its a circus with the run around I have had. </p> <p>They wasted 6 hours of my life with them attempting to do what ever to get this operational. </p> <p>I am not a networking tech why should I have to attempt to do there work that they are supposed to do!!!</p>
