Cancelled Service without NOTIFICATION.

WORST THING EVER!!! I was unable to access my client portal for a while now and finally after sending an email, ODWA replies by saying that the HOSTING AND DOMAIN as been cancelled. I questioned back stating how can this be possible because from what i understand the Domain is registered under my details and how can you as a ISP. I have sent through screenshots of my mailbox showing there was NO communication from Cybersmart stating their were going to cancel any services what so ever. I am still waiting for a response from the Company of which it is now been 4 days that past.
