Bunch of clowns

Had continuous connectivity issues and opened a complaint at the end of December 2023. Early January 2024, I had to follow up and they decided to send me a new router (their solution for everything, have a bunch of routers lying around now). The new router had some sort of VPN set up on the wifi which basically meant that I couldn't connect to online meetings. Tokk them ages to figure this out and the the support guy who called me had never heard of Google Meet (lol). Eventually sort of worked but then on Friday the problem suddenly started again. Called support, they spoke to the NOC team who didn't understand the problem so thought doing nothing was the right solution. Monday comes round and I can't work because I can't join meetings and can't even run a speedtest its so bad - error message: "A socket error occurred during the upload test. A firewall could be blocking the connection or the server might be having some issues". Its an absolute joke.
