BODY CORPORATES STOP SIGNING WITH THEM

If body corporates are reading this ! Do not subject the complexes residents to this **** and exclusively sign with them ! They are horrible and especially if you’re landlords your tenants will be put off as having good internet is crucial in these remote working times ! Another frustrated user here ! Warning you that if you don’t have to use these guys please do not ! I am unfortunately forced to use them as they have road blocked our building so we cannot use any other fibre provider. For starters their prices are INSANE but maybe they don’t care because they know we are forced to use them secondly the internet sucks I have a 100mb line which I pay an arm and a leg for and it is always down ! I have called the contact centre and you sit on the line until your airtime runs out ! Seriously a ******* company !
