Best customer service from Cybersmart and Arashaad Williams

I had the pleasant experience of dealing with Arashaad Williams at Cybersmart. My internet collapsed and he was very patient and walked me through setting up my router and everything that goes with it, step by step. He answered all my questions and I really felt that he was not in a hurry to get rid of me. I am really impressed with his whole demeaner and appreciate all the assistance. Well done to Cybersmart for training their staff so that they give the best customer service!
