Bank details first then service delivery???

<p>Asked if they can provide me with FTTH in Durbanville. Want bank details before they will tell me if they can supply me.</p> <p>Are they nuts! Emailed Viera Blandy explaining this, no reply.</p> <p>Called, asked for Viera ... she's got a back log, call put down on me!</p> <p>So, should I trust them with FTTH, my future internet for 2 years... HELL NO!</p>
