Bad service

I phoned them a week ago to complain about emails not being sent. The consultant assured me that it will be sorted out and he would provide feedback that same day. When I phoned just after 4 I was told that he had already left the office. I spoke to his manager who then said that the query was only logged at 4.30 by the agent who had 'left'. (You have to hold the line for very long periods)<br> We have now phoned them everyday and no-one seems to know how the problem had occurred or how to solve it. All the managers are always out of having meetings. They say they will phone back with feedback, but never do.<br> Residents of Parkview Johannesburg, do NOT use Cybersmart as your fibre ISP provider. This was NOT the 1st time we have had issues with them.
