Bad service

I signed up with cybersmart for a 500meg line , The first few months I had no problems with the isp provider , For the last three weeks no service our internet is totally down, every day we chatting to someone who just keeps on making empty promises, the sad part is that not only are we without internet we are also being debited R1395 for no service!!!!!! Please please be careful of any internet provider once they have your bank details they take control. And your chances of being reimbursed is highly unlikely. Pierre costa Cape Town.
