BAD PRODUCT AND SERVICE

Cybersmart is THE WORST ISP I have ever Joined.<br> I get over 300-500 local ping. NVM International Ping of over 1000 and all i get from support after I have to hold for 20min is The problem isnt on our side. However IT IS! because my ping jumped as soon as my line was moved to CYBERSMART. With AXXESS my latency and ping was 25 on local! and now I have to sit a whole extra month with unusable internet! IF you use latency and ping dependant software & Games.<br> <br> DONT JOIN CYBERSMART their support is terrible and so is their latency!<br> <br> I made a mistake joining cybersmart and I want everyone to know how bad they are! I joined them because they were rated 1 of the best latency/ping providers. THEY are the OPPOSITE!
