BAD HOSTING COMPANY

I have been using cybersmart as my hosting company for years, and at first they where GREAT I recommended them to all of my clients and friends. In the past 12 months, I have had so many issues with them and their hosting services that I am now looking into rather going with a different hosting company because my company is now running a loss due to their sheer incompetence.

They have messed up orders (costing me money), take 5+ days to respond to tickets and they close tickets before they are even resolved. I have currently been waiting 2 days for an urgent ticket regarding limitations on email to be resolved and I have been waiting over a week for a reply regarding moving my domain over to a new server that supports PHP7...
