Bad customer care

I reported a issue using voip over their network. When i do a latency test to my voip server and others i got a time out loss of 10 to 12 %. When switching to any other isp it works perfectly. This issue has been going on for three month and i finally cancelled and moved my isp. Be warned anybody that use voip over their network. You will get bad sound quality because of this.
