Bad Communication and bad Service

<p>I am currently hosted with cybersmart. They transferred my site to a new domain and pieces of it has stopped working in the process of which they just passed the buck to the theme creator who is definately not responsible for the problems.</p> <p> </p> <p>My email doesnt work and when calling I spent R50 while trying to get hold of someone in a ridiculously long telephonic queue. When answered they dropped my call and never called me back. I had to then sit in another telephonic queue to be helped.</p> <p> </p> <p>Such bad service. </p>
