Avoid Cybersmart - I'd give 0 stars if it was possible

Downtime with Cybersmart - 3 hours and counting. Support can't assist. No emails, no access to webmail. This is the 2nd time in 3 weeks. Avoid this ISP at all costs, they have no idea how to service clients
