I been wanting to sign up for a fibre connection as ADSL in my area is very poor. On the [URL Removed] site it shows my area is covered. However if we call, we are told we can NOT get it unless we get 17 more customers for them! Really, we now have to play salesman to be allowed to pay them for a service. Well you just lost 3 potential clients with this pathetic and ******* advertising. It is NOT available in this area...so Parklands is NOT covered. Myself, my neighbor and a friend 2 blocks away would of all gone for this but we are not prepared to be the salesmen for your company. <br> <br> We as a customer, should not be the ones selling your product. That is what you PAY your sales department or advertising department to do. Get rid of this policy of your customers making you sales and you will have more sales. Yes you need to have a certain number of clients in a area for it to make financial sense but that is not our responsibility. Your sales team need to get you those numbers. How many like us have turned away already because of this.
