Adsl line cancelled

I have adsl account with cybersmart, my debt order goes of on the first every months. Before the first i do eft payment ons this account so that i keep it up to date. There was few times that my account went into arrears but i always made plan to pay my outstanding amount. Today i heard from the helpd3sk consultant that my adsl line has been cancelled due to fact that debt didnt go off. And i havr to wait at least 21 days for it to be re activated. I thinks its unfair, can you please assist me with this problem
