Accounting nightmare !! ACCOUNTS DEPT are terrible!

Terrible accounting experience handed over our account and cancelled our subscription with a zero balance due and no notification sent to us , Still in the process of trying to retain the domain and go over to another service provider! Wish us luck with this bunch. :( :( :( TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!
