I am forced to use Cybersmart becuase of the building I occupy. This company offers no service apart from Whatsapp Chat. The two contact numbers are *** and ***. Been trying for a week and no respones. Its an absolute nightmare . Communication is very important for customer service, and there is zero ways of communicating with them. If they want to live up to the name Cybersmart, they must make drastic change to improve their services, if we were not forced to use their services they would have no business. Body Corporates forcing us to pay money to this company for little to no services should also be held responsible for the non service.
