A SUPPORT SERVICE WHO DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE WORD SUPPORT MEANS.

I signed up and paid a year in advance with cybersmart to host two websites. They worked well for a month and then went done. I wrote to them at their hosting address but get no reply. I phoned their support and got hold of a man who confirmed my sites were down and said he would contact their hosting division. He also promised to send me a copy of his mail. That was 3 hours again and nothing received or done. I phoned support (sic) again and spoke to a lady THLUMELA who did not seem to understand my problem. I asked to speak to the manager. He is out!! I just hope and pray the lady does something to help me or "Hello Peter" can get them to. They are the most frustrating people to deal with.
