A living nightmare

It honestly feels like a living nightmare dealing with Cybersmart. I don't think it is possible to get service that is worse than the service (or rather lack thereof) that we get from them. The connectivity is poor, service is shocking, and the customer service helpline is worse than Telkom (A near impossible task to achieve).
